here is Guide
step 1 download fastboot firmware according to ur phone model mine is Redmi 2
step 2 download fastboot tool   
step 3 extrate and copy firmware folder to drive C
step 4 extrate fastboot tool and copy it to firmware folder
step 5 put ur phone into fastboot mode and connect usb to Pc
setp 6 In Firmware Folder There is a file   flash_all.bat 
open it and flashing will be start Note   you can also use mi flasher to flash firmware
after flash make hardreset Vol + pwr button - Recover - wipe data all .... thats it phone unlocked
